Square CX started because of a frustration I kept seeing — both in my own work and in every company I talked to.
The frustration was this: companies would hire an agency to run ads, a freelancer to build a website, another person to write emails, and maybe someone else to "do SEO." Four vendors. Four invoices. And none of it connected. The ads drove traffic to the wrong page. The emails didn't match the messaging. Nobody could tell you which dollar brought in which customer.
Or maybe you haven't hired anyone at all — you've been trying to figure it out yourself, and nothing connects because nobody showed you how.
It wasn't that any individual piece was bad. It was that nobody ever built the machine — the system where your message sharpens your ads, your ads drive to pages that get people to reach out, your emails follow up and close, and your happy customers become the next wave of growth.

Who's behind this
I'm Rishabh. I run Square CX from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
My background is a mix of marketing strategy and building software — which is why we don't just plan campaigns, we build the tools and systems that make them work. When something doesn't exist off the shelf, I build it.
I started this because I kept watching good businesses — from local trades to professional firms — waste money on disconnected marketing. They deserved a system that actually worked together. That's what I build now.
